Aggregate Accommodation The purpose of this provision is to help the contract holder with funding assistance.  The following terms and conditions apply to this provision. USB allows one advance per month subject to a minimum of $1,000. Aggregate premium must be paid current. Checks issued by the Plan must be released to the payees prior to the request. All claims eligible for aggregate accommodation must be identified. The request must include the applicable list of payments. Advanced funds must be paid directly to the payee.
