Specific Advancement
USB provides for specific advancements on an administrative basis. This provision is designed to help the employer with the funding of large claims. The following terms and conditions apply to this provision.

The specific deductible must be paid prior to any advancement.
Checks issued by the Plan must be released to the payees prior to the advancement request.
All claims exceeding the specific deductible must be identified.
The request must include the applicable list of payments.
Advanced funds must be paid directly to the payee.
All checks issued for claim payment must be verifiable
