Specific Large Claim Notification
USB classifies large claims as any claim that may exceed or any claim that has exceeded 50% of the lowest specific deductible. In addition, USB needs to be notified about any of the following conditions.

Amputations / Loss of Limbs
Brain injuries or head traumas
Cancers
Chronic blood disorder
Crushing or internal injuries
Diabetes
Eating disorders
Heart surgery
High risk pregnancies
HIV/AIDs
Hospitalizations in excess of 10 days
Infusion therapy
Loss of sight or hearing
Multiple or serious fractures
Neonatal high risk infants
Organ transplants
Renal Failure
Serious burns
Spinal cord injuries
